Horrible customer service experience

HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICES

I was ready for my delivery and the call center informed me that the driver is on the way and I should wait. I waited for over 2 hours and the driver did not show. The next day the call center informed me that the driver returned the package because they couldn't complete there deliveries for the day.

The call center also says that my package has not been rescheduled for deliver and I still haven't received it. The call center is useless and can't give me any information to help in anyway. They just keep saying they can't do anything.

Absolutely useless.
