Horrible customer service experience

Horrible customer service experience. I first sent a whatsapp message to the business whatsapp number to query the value of the customs fee, there was no response. So I decided to call them, first call I waited for 6 minutes then when I was caller number 3 call got cut off. Tried calling again, this time I reached consultant to assist after 7 minutes. I explained my reason for calling and the lady got annoyed (you could hear the tone changed from the beginning of the call), I remained calm as I need her help. She said I must give her my email then the call said "extension 01 is currently unavailable and the mailbox is full" then it was cut off.
