HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BUFFALO LOGISTICS

My order arrived from Shein on the 23/11/2023 and buffalo has kept it for no reason. Taxes were paid, their number doesn’t go through and emails are not being responded to. I’m so angry at this point, don’t know what to do. Their service is ******* 😡
