Horrible customer service

Buffalo logistics is horrible company even their call centers are not professionals. I have been trying to get hold them the past 4 days after i paid huge amount of customs and their landline is not working, finally today i went through however i was on the line for 3 hours ,when the consultant finally answer i couldn't hear a thing they making lot of noise.. They do not take their customers serious. is like thy doing us a favors ...
