Horrible Courier Company.

I ordered a parcel through Temu and changed my address but for some reason it accepted the old address, I have been trying to change my address but after speaking to several agents i had no luck, unfortunately the last agent I spoke to was extremely rude over the phone and kept talking over me saying she can't assist, from the minute I spoke to her she greeted me with a very condescending tone and simply gave me the impression that she was not willing to help. There is no valid date they confirm delivery and give you a range between 20 days that your parcel might be delivered.
