Horrible

The worst courier ever 😡😡😡. I’m so ****ed. They don’t answer phone calls , they don’t respond their WhatsApp messages. My parcel has been returned to the warehouse how do I even get it? Status says address reachable telephone undialable. For Christ sake!! Why ddnt they deliver to my house if my phone wasn’t reachable? Now I’m going to ask for a refund from SHEIN
