Horrible!!!!

I have an order that hasn’t been delivered. I got a call from a guy whose name I don’t remember telling me to come to a different location to fetch the order because they do not deliver in my area. He said his guy is going to meet me at 5pm. This caught me by surprise because I’ve had previous orders delivered to my house and this is the 1st time I’m experiencing this. I informed the guy I wasn’t coming meeting someone I don’t know and that this was not the address specified on the order. They then marked my order stating I need to reschedule which is not true. If they weren’t going to deliver, I should have been informed prior to the purchase. I am still sitting here without my order 3 days later.
