Hoping Shein will use a different logistics company

This was my communication to SHEIN

You use buffalo logistics to deliver packages in South Africa, did anyone bother to review their service?

They have a 1.9 rating on google reviews and 1.4 rating on hellopeter.

I'm unhappy with their service and judging from the reviews, I'm not the only one.

Please may I suggest that a more reliable company is used?
