Highly disgruntled customer

I have been waiting for my goods for more than a month now, every time I call I'm told a new lie by the very rude call center agents, from " your parcel will be delivered this week "Or "we cannot find your payment", or "your parcel is still at the airport", "we have a backlog of payments to sort through". no one can give you any answer. When is offer to collect it myself, as their website suggests is a possibility, they tell me I cant, I must just wait. for how long???
