Highly Disappointed by Buffalo Logistics

I’ve had a pleasant experience with Buffalo. Until now. The driver poorly communicated with me about his arrival and then left when I returned his call shortly afterwards. Then marked my package as delivered. I’ve been following up with Buffalo customer support and they said that they cannot track the parcel if it has been marked as delivered, but would escalate the case. I’ve not gotten no update thus far. If the driver fails to deliver your package at first attempt then you’re in for a rude awakening.
