Hidden Service fees

Buffalo refuses to provide detail of the customs duty and vat charged on a shipment. They all seem to add undocumented services fees which they also will not disclose. This requests in a invoice where they damand the same value as the item as customs duty and vat. Multiple requests to detail what they have submitted just gets ignored
