HELP ME GET MY PARCEL FROM BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS

I placed my order on shein on the 15th of August so since the 20th of August it has been held in buffalo logistics warehouse, when I contact buffalo asking why my order has not been released and delivered they say they’re waiting for a confirmation document from my supplier, I’ve waited for too long my status track has been forever on “Your parcel is on the way to your city” since the 23rd, may you please help me get my parcel delivery I really need it for this coming weekend 🙏.
