Great improvement from 2022

This is my second review, and upgrading from 1 star to 4 stars. This time, my packages were easier to track and the courier driver sent me a WhatsApp to confirm I was at the delivery destination, it's to his merit, I upgrade the rating. His contact with me was important, being a Friday, and address selected a business one, was very happy to receive communication from him. Reason for removing a star is Buffalo Website tracking and sms AI communications (don't have tracking numbers) could use improvement, to be more user friendly. The last review I have not taken down, because its a caution to those ordering from overseas locations.
