Goods not delivered at the expected date.

I received an email from Buffalo Logistics informing me that my parcel was returned on 12/4/2033 to their warehouse because of a “wrong pin drop” I have tried to call their offices to no avail instead the call gets dropped after holding on from being number 49. No email is going through nothing seems to be working in this organisation. This is very disappointing and frustrating because I don’t know if my parcel will be delivered or not. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional Ian from an organization.
