Goods ****** by Buffalo Logistics

The driver of Buffalo Logistics picked up a parcel from me to be returned to SHEIN on May 22, 2023, however, my refund has not yet been finalized. According to a message I received from SHEIN after submitting a request to return specific things I purchased, the refund is done within five business days of SHEIN receiving the returned items and completing a quality and usage check. After weeks of following up with Buffalo logistics about what happened to my cargo today, 19 June 2023, I am told that it was shipped to SHEIN on May 23, 2023, and that I need to contact SHEIN to inquire about my refund, and they will be unable to assist. They have failed to provide me with any proof that it was shipped.

I don't understand why they aren't supporting me in tracing my parcel. SHEIN does not respond to emails, which I am sure they are aware of. I suppose they ***** our packages and dismiss you by directing you to SHEIN, knowing you will not get through. Buffalo logistics must be investigated. Tracking number is BUFEX***YQ.
