Good service

They always deliver promptly and collect when they have to. I recently had a query requesting to be refunded. I had to pay customs twice, which I have to say it has happened only once since I have dealt with them more than 50 times. The email correspondence was useless but when I called I received prompt response to query. Hoping the refund also won’t take long.
