Good experience for me

I have a somewhat different experience with Buffalo, especially in Century City, Cape Town. The driver is very respectful, I can message and check if he has my package and he NEVER does not assist me. Due to high volumes at the moment, specifically Shein, they have had to outsource to a 3rd party, which is USELESS to say the least. It takes Shein quicker to send the package than it does for them to deliver, whereas Buffalo, I can honestly say I have never had to wait more than 2bto 3ndays max for my delivery once it has cleared customs in RSA. The only reason I would not give a 5 star is because they outsourced to a useless 3rd party.
