Good day, today I am very disappointed with Temu and buffalo

Good day, today I am very disappointed with Temu and buffalo. I am try to get answers from Temu but I just get the same answers . I log a return form at Temu for buffalo to pick up my package it's now nearly a week ago and no pickup. This means 3 things the 1)time getting closer for deadline 2) I have to stay home for asong as it takes to pickup package 3) It takes longer for a refund to buy something that I can use. Not a nice experience 😞
