The only reason it isn't a 5 is because they don't properly prepare you for your delivery day. It would be good to know the date of delivery once you have paid for customs so that you can ensure you're available. I have missed my delivery twice because I am not always suddenly available. On the upside I received the orders later on the day of delivery or the next day.
