GOOD COMPANY WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS!!!!&

This company employed the worst and most rude agents EVER!!! The customer service agents are so rude, sometimes I wondered whether I'm calling or emailing the correct company. I have been waiting for my refund since October 2023, when I contact them they either give me rude remarks or ignore me completely.
