Go back to CHINA, they accept poor service. In the western worls you will not survive

Possibly the worst courier company in the world. I have tried to get goods purchased from Temu delivered on 2 occasions, the first was returned office closed. I then advised Buffalo that we have a problem with the are as its a network of small holding (AH) and that it wont come up on their system. On Friday at 16.27 I received a message out for delivery, (We are a minimum of 45 minutes away from the Buffalo office, 20 minutes later goods returned incorrect address. Don't these drivers have cell phones to call if they cannot find the address? Its amazing how all of the other courier companies are able to call and get directions to our property. This is the worst experience I have received form any courier company in South Africa Don't buy from Temu, if their sales suffer, then they will appoint a reputable courier company to deliver their goods. Punish the company that are happy with poor service, after all they fid appoint Buffalo as their courier partner.
