Give up on Buffalo! Useless lying - non delivery.

I wish there was a minus rating. Again they say that they tried to deliver but were unsuccessful. Someone has been home the entire time. We have recieved multiple other parcels. These people are a shocking embarrassment to service! You can't get hold of them on phone, whatsapp or email. I ordered this parcel over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived yet another I ordered 2 weeks ago did. This one had Christmas presents. What on earth could be going on there. At this stage I just want my large sum of money back and will never order from Shein again!
