Ghosting me

I have received and sms to pay a courier bill, since then my phone crashed and I couldn't retrieve the information I needed to pay the bill. I tried calling Buffalo a few times on the 5th May, I tried sending whatsapps. I tried sending an email. Again on 6 May I tried all the same channels, with no response, no consultants available to answer the calls. Each time I call the call drops after the voice prompts. They say Whatsapps will be a quick response but NO responses came back to me. This is very frustrating as my package is now delayed as I cannot pay the bill and I cannot get hold of anyone!!!
