Getting better, still not good

Started off good, then really bad. bad delivery data. no reply on support tickets. just a mess, but wait there is more. I went to collect my parcels at their offices. Met Alana, told her my sad story and she offered that I can mail her directly with queries and questions. I mailed her soon as I got back to the office and she rep**** almost instantly. now, it feels better to deal with them.
