Frustrated

They very ***********. So I was charged customs for my SHEIN order, I paid my duties after 1/2 weeeks. I sent my POP to their queries email. After a week I get another email to pay, that’s when I got frustrated cause I paid and sent POP. I sent numerous emails stating that I paid. With no reply, tried calling them they refer you to their whatapp number which they don’t even reply on. The most frustrating thing is that they keep calling u ok I to pay customs, how??? They really need to fix their services
