Frustrated customer.

If there was a zero rating I would have rated this company zero. They took my parcel to I dont Know where, I went to collect it myself since the guy buy Lungelo was so rude over the phone on his way to deliver my parcel at home. He ask for a code but never went there. On Monday I went to their office and the lady who calls herself a manager couldn’t help, they know nothing about customer service. She also doesn’t care. I told her that this guy has inconvenienced me because I needed these things urgently. My friend is getting married next weekend, the parcel her wedding gowns and brides****s sleeping shoes. Please help me get these things, it’s urgent. Also please help me report this rude driver who decided on his own that he will not take this things where he was supposed to take them and be rude over the phone. Shein must give us options to choose who we want to deliver our goods, not these people.
