Frustrated and dissatisfied

I am so frustrated and perturbed at the lack of care and consideration from this company. My parcel is delayed in being delivered due to them assigning it to the incorrect address. I mean an address is the most important information for any parcel. I have been calling in and every agent gives me a different story and turn around time. When asked to speak to some one in management there is no one available. Is this a hoax? Is my parcel missing?
