Frustrated and disappointed

It's three days that my parcel has been making a back and forth between the Roodepoort and Johannesburg DC and the reason for that is inclear to me. I called to enquire about it, I spoke to Tinyiko and she promised to be escalating the matter. At the time of the call the parcel was at the Roodepoort DC. Five hours later, I got an update that my parcel was being transmitted to JHBDC, which I still don't understand because Tinyiko said she is scheduling it to be delivered from Roodepoort DC as it is close to my delivery address.

Please sort out this matter. It is really frustrating because looking at the reviews for the past few months it doesn't seem like anyone is sorting this out. It pains a really ********** picture of the company and its seriousness about customer service.
