FRom SHEIN with Buffalo - pathetic service.

Service and support doesn't exist. My order from SHEIN was supposed to be delivered on 28 March 2023, since then I have been trying to reach Buffalo with no success. Emails bounce back, whatsapp doesn't work, - it's ridiculous! Mt parcel, according to tracking was received at the airport warehouse on 15 March, I have paid duties and send pictures, bank statements and everything they have asked for, but still no delivery or tracking update!!!
