********** , uncooperative

Absolutely terrible they refuse to give me my parcel and when I called them to arrange a collection she was incredibly rude to me and put the phone down on me , this is theft ! They don’t like to be held accountable and responsible for their wrong doings , I think it’s about time I take this to cart Blanche completely unacceptable!! I order this package over a month ago and I’m still waiting for my things , when I kept getting promised that my parcel will be delivered this week she now tells me she’s giving it to fast way couriers , which will take another 3 / 4 days but I leave Johannesburg on Monday so how am I going to get my parcel hence why I tried to arrange for collection but they refuse to cooperate !!!!!
