Fraildulent signature

On the 13 I was expecting my parcel only to be see an email stating that the tried to call and could not reach me, which I took the blame because around that time if the message I was bathing. I then called the following day morning and I was told as long a my delivery address is still it will be redelivered with 24 to 48 hrs. Today the 15th of February on my way from an event i get a notification that parcel has been delivered and signed for. I immediately called my son because he is the who is home, he told that no one came to deliver anything. I checked around the house thinking that they may thrown it somewhere but nothing. So I'm pleading with Buffalo logost to please investigate and deliver my parcel to me. I'm so not happy as I really need what i ordered BUFZA7JB16698D6YQ ***
