First and last time with Buffalo logistics

This company is the worst experience I have had with a courier there communication is zero you can never get hold of them on whattap or land line there site and tracking app is absolutely terrible. I ordered the item on the 10th of October and received it the 17th December it said 3 to 4 days delivery when I placed the order so I am very disappointed.
