Feedback on my parcel
Good day, i am still waiting for my parcel, I complained last week and I was told an agent will contact me regarding my parcel and no one did.. And when I try and contact Buffalo no one answers the phone, including my emails. I am not happy with the services from Buffalo. There’s not even an estimate on when my parcel will be delivered. Can I please get my parcel delivered tomorrow 😡😡😡this is totally unacceptable. My tracking number is BUFZA***YQ I will be expecting my parcel tomorrow

Can I please have my package delivered today. There’s no communication whatsoever from you guys explaining what the delay is. I am honestly not happy with the services.
