"Fantastic" service

I don't even have words to describe the absolute non existence of customer service. You order, get no updates what so ever, try and call, with no answer, then they tell you to WhatsApp them for "a fast reply", you then wait 7 days with NO reply. Email and NO reply for 12 days..... WOW fantastic "fast service". Keep up the GREAT work!
