False updates

Relieved to see that i am no the only one whom has lost their trust in Buffalo. They give **** tracking updates apparently it has been sent to 3rd party courier. When i contact them they confirmed that it was not delivered and that they were informed a package will be sent but never received it from Buffalo ,do not answer phones,support mails,or whatsapps. I have ordered from TEMU and when I escalate they say that they cannot do anything and that it is my problem . Guess nobody is worried to lose business these days from us regular people
