False delivery claims

Disappointed by the service received from buffalo. Their drivers claim they have delivered my parcel and even forged a signature while I have not. I wrote them a message on messanger they still claiming I have received the parcel and no way foward has been communicated to me with the turn around time for me to be assisted except that I should await an email. What an inconvenience.
