******* - FAILURE TO REFUND OVERPAYMENT

This company's payment system was failing to confirm my payment for goods to be delivered. They confirmed that my payment was not made, so I paid again thinking my bank was the issue. I am now seeing 2 debits from my account for this payment. I have filled out a refund form and showed them the 2 debita from my account on the 5 July. To date, I have not received a response from them after 3 follow ups. This is not the 1st time this has happened and even when it happened before, they did not respond or refund. THIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC AND A BUNCH OF *******..... Absolutely ****ed, as they can send message after message when they want payment!!!!!!
