Failure to deliver my parcel
I have been waiting for my parcel for over a week now. When I called they said it usually takes 3-5 days and I told them that it's already more than that. These people keep on giving me the run around, even said my address is wrong which is untrue. I just want what I paid for, why should I beg for a service that I paid. Very unprofessional and unresponsive to clients.
