Failing to Deliver our parcel

I am not happy at all 2 weeks full to 3weeks since been waiting you gave our parcel to DPD laser but ots failing to deliver why are you doing this gus but when it comes to customs you earn send a message saying"pay tax within 10 days or the package will be returned paid same day receiving package but till now no update see me no more trusting you guys I'm very disappointed truly speaking
