Failing customers
Buffalo logistics is really failing me,on 21 June 2024 I got a message that my delivery is on the way, but it did not arrive and I got no communication from them, my status just changed to consignee not available, on 24 June 2024 I got a call from the driver that my delivery is on the way, i waited for the whole day, I tried calling the driver but he hung up my calls and today is the 25th and I did not get any communication from the driver
I really do not recommend Buffalo logistics I wish shein review their contract with them

28 Jun 2024, 21:16Buffalo logistics is really failing me, my issue has not been resolved and my status changed to 'delivered' but I did not receive any parcel or communication from them . I have been calling them for numerous times , the agents are telling me everyday that my delivery is on the way but it never comes. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm so hurt , buffalo logistics does not prioritize their clients. Many false promises but not a delivery, I'm exhausted of the empty promises. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 21 June 2024 , today is 28 June , everyday I am calling and the answer is always that it is out for delivery but it never arrives, then they change to 'cosignee not available ' the whole week, today it's saying I have received it and I did not even receive it, I'm frustrated and feeling lost.. I don't know what I must do , I am tired

The agents are giving me empty promises everyday. I don't know who to report them to, so that I can get a delivery.
