Failed delivery that wasn't attempted to be delivered

Buffalo don't deliver to their customers. I recently ordered on SheIn it been days now and my order is not delivered. What makes me more angry is that they have sent the message today saying delivery failed while they never attempt to deliver my package. I even wrote to SheIn customer service yesterday asking about my and their response was I should wyt it will be delivered soon. I also wrote to buffalo customer service yesterday and their response was it will be be delivered within 48 hours but now they are saying FAILED DELIVERY!!. buffalo don't take their customers serious, everytime when I order on SheIn I became stressed because of buffalo services. Now I am thinking of cancelling my order because I am not going to pay again for the same order whenever they decide to return it back. Buffalo is a **** company. Everybody who's thinking on buy on SheIn should also think of buffalo service😓
