Failed Delivery Lie!

If I could put 0 stars I would!!! Completely unhappy with the service I have received from Buffalo logistics. I put in this order 3 weeks ago, my order should have been received yesterday because obviously I couldnt received it because of the long weekend on Friday. However, today 12/04/2023, the driver “Tyron Marimuthu” has cited it as a wrong pin drop. This is absolute BS because we have received deliveries from this same driver countless times before. And he is known to be a problem driver because of his awful attitude and requests for "Cool drink." Why is it now all of a sudden that he cannot locate my house or call my number? there is always someone at home to receive packages! Why has he returned it back to the bigfoot warehouse? This is not the first time I am seeing his name being brought up as a problem driver.
