Failed Delivery

I ordered on lensmart and buffalo is the courier that was supposed to deliver my package on the 9th of September, they didn't deliver stating reasons that the parcel was wrongly allocated, they will escalate and sort the issue out. Emails will be sent saying that I should expect delivery in the next 48hours and nothing will be delivered and zero communication from their end. This has been happening daily since the 9th, today at 5am I received an email that my package was signed for and delivered, but not to me and again Buffalo is taking me around in circles, even after I paid for a second delivery attempt.
