FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT

I ordered items at the end of November and I still have not received it. Apparently the driver ran out of time to deliver my items today. WOW! I waited 2 hours on the phone to speak to a consultant who could not assist me in any way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Buffalo International Logistics, your service is pathetic!
