Failed delivery

I’m not happy I can’t be held hostage in the house because I’m waiting for my order because your company doesn’t know how to communicate with it’s customers firstly I tried calling in the morning all I hear it’s a robot talking secondly this is pure nonsense because yesterday I was told that my order is out for delivery the courier company didn’t have the decency to communicate with me and let me know that my parcel won’t be delivered but the courier choose to keep quite and reschedule my parcel without even telling me I’m very disappointed
