I am writing to express my disappointment with Buffalo International Logistics' service. Despite receiving SMS notifications stating that my parcel was out for delivery on Tuesday and Monday, I did not receive any calls from the delivery personnel. The status was incorrectly updated to 'failed delivery' without notification.

My attempts to contact the company via phone have been unsuccessful, and their WhatsApp responses have provided conflicting information regarding the status of my parcel.

I expect better communication and service from a logistics provider
