Extremely Unprofessional and Unacceptable Service BUFFALO LOGISTICS!!!!

This is by far one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. Temu assigned Buffalo Logistics (Temu Gugulethu Delivery in Kloof KZN ) my order who decided to attempt delivery after 7 PM, when my office was already closed. Instead of returning the parcel the next working day like any professional courier would, she left my parcel over 1 km away from the delivery address with people I do not know, without my consent.

When I questioned this, she casually told me that she “always does that,” as if creating her own delivery rules is acceptable. This is highly irresponsible and unsafe. I was then forced to walk over 1 km to retrieve my parcel when I should have been reporting to work only to discover that the location she gave me was incorrect, causing even more inconvenience and wasted time.

At no point did she communicate properly or ask for my approval. If delivery was an issue, she could have left the parcel safely at my office gate or simply returned it the next day. Instead, she chose to dump it with strangers and inform me after the fact.

This level of service is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows complete disregard for customers’ time, safety, and property. I sincerely hope this courier is never assigned to deliver my parcels again, because this experience was stressful, inconvenient, and completely avoidable.
