Extremely poor service from Buffalo Logistics

I ordered items from Temu in December 2024. I have been struggling since January 2025 to get Buffalo Logistics to pick up the package. I have sent many emails with my tracking number. *** So far they have not picked it up and this will cause me to lose my refund from Temu. I'm agitated and frustrated.
