Extremely Poor Service from Buffallo International Logistics. My package was due to be delivered on the 21 of July. To date I have not received the package. Since the 21 of July, almost daily the driver claims that he phoned me and could not get hold of me. My cellphone has been on the entire time that the driver claims I could not be reached. After I lodged a complaint, the first consultant advised me to pay an additional fee to have the package delivered of which I feel is unacceptable. According the driver he made several attemps, which is obviously not the truth. Today, 28 July I spoke to another consultant, Alicia Mullins, who promised to be of assistance. Alicia Mullins was of great assistance and I hope with her help this issue will be resolved.
