Extremely poor service delivery

If it was possible to give zero rating that's where buffalo should be. My parcel has been out for delivery for over 2 days. No further updates, call centre doesn't even work. WhatsApp doesn't even get replies. Trust that they will try to contact you after hours trying to deliver to a business address
